TP-Link Poor Service

TP-Link - highly disappointed with your service. Purchased the S4 Mesh system at Incredible Connection Clearwater - during unboxing I realized only one of the 3 mesh units switches on - upon returning these to the store for a swop-out, I was told they have to be sent back to TP-Link and I need to wait 14-21 working days for the feedback before I can get new replacement units. What type of BS service is this guys....seriously, I have to now sit and wait for up to 21 working days for money I have already spent on a highly recommended TP-Link product???? To make it worse, I tried calling your number - nobody answered.....
