No software support, not customer support.

TP-Link makes some decent affordable newtorking gear, the problem comes in when you end up with the odd lemon. I've had the TL-WA830RE for a while and it had buggy software from day 1. It never got an update for this faulty software and their support teams have absolutely no interest in helping customers. I have tried reavhing out to them about this issue via two support email addresses, not to mention their social media. Nothing.
