AC600 USB nano wireless adapter

I bought a tp-link product # AC600 Nano Wireless USB Adapter and it is not working as it is supposed to. Hence called the tp- link support line # ***; the person who attended my call tried to help me but, in the end, he was not able to solve the issue. He said that he needs to discuss with his colleges and get back to me in 2days back. I called the above support line, and another person attended the call. I told him what happened and asked for the solution. He said the person who attended my call will get back to you. I tried to call the support line today and no one picked up the phone. They recognize the no. and just don't pick up the phone, probably.
