TPC Sawgrass - Fantastic

When I requested a refund with TPC Sawgrass, after needing to cancel my trip, due to Covid 19, even though their terms and conditions, did not allow for refunds, I got a fantastic response, a very sympathetic email and an immediate refund, unlike I-exchange who not only docked me 17 points, but happily kept the over R4000 exchange fee.
