Very bad service

This company offered to help me boost my credit. Upon speaking to Buthle from this company Debit my account with R995.00 for a credit report nothing else and they want to debit my account for R190.00 every month for no services rendered. Tilly today I didn't receive any email or report from them. They should be taken to the ombadsman.
