Litigation company is a ****!!!!

Absolute ****, I paid in full with the expectation that I will get help and assistance with my credit report and credit score. Once my payment was received, I got one call to inform me that they are unable to assist me. Tried calling and email and it was a waste of time. Very frustrating when all we need is help but just get ****med for money
