<p>I sold my property in January it is June & I still have not received surplus paid out. From the beginning I dealt with a lady named Margie who is extremely unprofesional & has very little respect for her clients. Nothing was communicated to me during this process, a transfer which should have taken 3 months has taken 5 months, they have not acted in my best interest as a client during this process at all. On the day of transfer I was asked where are the Electrical / Plumbing certificates. Costs were taken off which were never communicated to me. I can go on & on but feel it's very important to warn people fom using their services. </p>
