No Warranty - be warned

We bought a portable braai manufactured by TP Product trough Tak**lo*. We notice one of the pop rivets came out after the 3 or 4th time we have used the braai. We contact Take alot and was direct to the manufacture. We phone TP Product and we told them about the problem we had. We were inform that since we have already used the product the warranty has expired as it is now a used product and they can replace a used product. On Tak**lo* they claim to have a 6 month warranty and our braai was only 2 months old.

The least they could have done was to offer to fix there faulty manufacturing.

Since then another rivet has came lose and you can start to see the steel bending when we use the braai.

Really poor manufacturing quality and even worse customer care.

Be warned - if you buy a product manufactured by TP Products that there is ZERO warranty on it.
