Having been involved in a minor accident, my claim was referred to TP Panelbeaters, Port Shepstone, for repairs. Within 30 minutes of the claim being approved, TP Panelbeaters contacted me to inform me that the claim was approved and that I could bring my vehicle in for repairs. Upon providing the vehicle, I was provided a date when the vehicle would be repaired. What a surprise when I was called on the morning of the promised date to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection.
