Unhelpful managers and the store owner at Toyzone.

<p>Bought a kurio tablet on the 27 September 2015 and it's still under warranty but I was told that I have to pay R1150 cause my son was not putting the charger correctly and it broke the board , how is that possible and at Toyzone I was told that the warranty don't cover if the screen is broken or it get smashed,I took in for a repair on the 7 june2016 but I only get a reply on the 4th August beside that the was never a communication of any kind.the kurio tablet didn't have any warranty pamphlet for me in the box.so now I won't get back my son kurio cause I also have to pay for courier for my tablet to be sent back of which I was never told anything when I took it in for repair. </p>
