********* and unprofessional service at Toy Zone

On Saturday 11th July I went to Toy Zone at The Crescent in Umhlanga looking for a dollhouse. I couldnt find one on display in the store so I asked for assistance and a staff member said that he had something in the stockroom. The dollhouse he brought out was what I was looking for however I found it pricey at R1799. I told him that I would call my husband who was in the car, for his approval. We decided to go ahead with the purchase only to find out a day later from a friend who came over, that the very same dollhouse was on special on the same day at the Toy Zone Springfield branch at a whopping R1000 cheaper. I find it very unprofessional and ********* practice by the Toy Zone staff that I was not informed that a 20 min drive to their Toy Zone Springfield branch would have saved me over 55%.
