I would like to report on the utterly disgraceful service i received at your Woodlands store this afternoon.My sons have been saving up for a 3d pen from your store for more than a month. Being only 7 and 9 this was a lesson for them that some things are worth waiting for and they worked very hard to earn the R100 that they each needed. We have been into the store almost every week to look at the pen. With today being the last day of school i promosed to let them go and buy the 3d pen. Shockingly the same item that cost R99 last week was now R199. I asked your staff and they denied the price change. Your manager on duty listened from the office and came out laughing. She told me that they had just done their price increases and continued to laugh at my son and I. I would have understood if the pen was 20% more but double the price. And then to have your manager laugh at my heart broken son. I guess the only lesson we learnt was to shop elsewhere. I am really disgusted at the treatment received and the fact that you can double a stock items price!
