Toyzone Roodepoort - Extra Mile Store Manager

I visited Joburg a few weeks ago and purchased a kids sewing machine for my daughter at Toyzone in Roodepoort. When we returned to Cape Town, the sewing machine would not work. I contacted Armand Schoombie, the friendly manager who had stopped to talk to us during our visit to the store. He agreed that the best way forward was to get the sewing machine back to the store because there were no Toyzone stores in Cape Town and we were not going to be back in Joburg for a while. I found Pep Couriers and coordinated delivery within a week. Armand personally fetched the package at their nearest Pep, returned it to the store and organised a refund within 48 hours. I was, and remain so impressed with how much he went the extra mile! Will definitely be back to the store when I visit Joburg again.
