Toy Zone Bad service

<p>A Mickey Mouse toy was bought at Toy Zone at Carnival Mall few weeks back, the next day it was torn at the back, when I took it back to be exchanged they wanted a reciept which I didn't have since it was bought by baby daddy who lives miles away from us. now I am sitting with a torn toy and they refuse to exchange it without a reciept.</p>
