Terrible Toyzone

They have an awful returns policy. When you return an item, you have to complete a form with confidential information on (bank details) for a refund, even if you have the receipt. I've decided never to purchase anything there or at any Toyzone again as I was informed this is a policy put in place by head office - the customers complain, but they don't pay attention to it. How's THAT for putting your customer first!
