Returned damaged goods put back on shelf

<p>We bought a Doh Vinci toy for my daughter on 30 October 2016. The "doh" was dry and upon further inspection we found a receipt dated April 2016 that says dough is dried up! So someone returned this item and it was put back on the shelf! Now I must waste my petrol to come return something that was returned already!</p>
