Not impressed

I bought a jumpolene on 1st October 2017 for my toddlers birthday which was only a month later. I kept it boxed up and when we pumped it up for her birthday 10mins later it collapses. It clearly has a slow puncture somewhere. Not impressed with this product or the fact that it was damaged when I purchsed it. My little one was very upset.
