No Refund for Train sets that do not work

We bought train sets for the grandkids on Saturday, took them to a birthday party on Sunday and the bigger train set doesn't work, the wheels turn for a while, and it makes the tooting noise, but then the wheels jam and only the tooting continues, the smaller train set is such poor quality that we cannot even fit the tracks together.
