Kids accused of *****ing which they found nothing of cause

Toy Zone Umhlanga manager accused my kids of *****ing when and told my kids to empty pockets when I approached the manager she said she never said or did anything while I know my kids would never lie to me I then asked manager for video footage and she refused saying the video is stuck as if I was stupid. I then complained on Facebook up until now hear nothing since a week ago such seriousness they ignore shameful trying to cover up will never shop there again
