Disgusting Rude man at Toyzone

I have had the worst experience ever at Toyzone Benmore today! <br> <br> I had bought a gift on Saturday 11 July & found out the child had the same gift, so went Back to the store today (13 July) to exchange for something else.<br> <br> The manager, Gavin Vlok, said he could not give me a refund as Head office was full of S$!t and he could only give me a voucher. I said \surely the CPA would allow me to be refunded"? He then got so upset at my comment"
