Disappointed by TOYZONE

Toyzone usually offers gift wrap which people use to wrap their gifts . This year instead of advising that they either could not or if you intend on wrapping there would be a cost.I went outside their door ,as they pointed me in the direction of where gifts were going to be wrapped, after wrapping the first gift the lady started on the 2nd and then advised that there is a cost of R20 .Too embarrassed to tell the lady to stop as there were people behind me I paid R40 to wrap 2 gifts ,for such a small piece of gift wrap where u could have bought a whole roll for the amount .VERY Disappointed in their customer service
