Impressive Service!

Just a shout out to John and Pam at Toyz Automotive in Umhlanga! I was very interested in a 2011 Merc ML 350 and from the moment I made contact with John, he was very friendly, quick to respond to emails and all questions and queries I had. John made sure that a few dents on the car was attended to and sorted out on the same day and kept me updated on the whole process. Pam the same, she assisted very quickly with our finance application and demonstrated exceptional customer service. In the end, I did not buy the car as I found one closer to me, but I can really recommend this dealership from the great service I received from them.
