POOR SERVICE AND DISHONEST

I would like to express my huge disappointment in Toysan in Pretoria, on Friday the 7th of June 2019 they sold me a wrong Aircon pump for R1500.00 and I returned it on Saturday the 8th of June 2019 and I requested my refund they sent me to another branch of theirs to leave my details there, and they promised that by Tuesday will have my money. When I call them they said Wednesday, on Wednesday they said Thursday . Now its Friday still I have not received my money. When I call they say Saturday. This is very bad and no one is updating me the lady by the name of Lu keeps on lying to me saying she will call but does not. I am being made a fool here. I want my money so that I can buy the part from Honest people not Toysan. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!
