BEWARE OF TOYSAN EXOTIC SPARES!!!

Bought a Mercedes rear left manual blind for a w212 for Toysan Exotic Spares in Pretoria , received a broken part, when I called them first they blamed the courier and then they accepted that they sent me a broken part. Had to courier it again on my account so courier cost was overR400. The part was R550. I bought the part on 8 Oct 2019, its 28 Oct 2019 still no refund, I phone and emailed then uncountable times, everytime they hear its me they place me on hold or drop the phone, I mailed the invoice 11time as they requested and whatsapp it about 10times to 2 cell numbers. This people is a lot of dishonest ******. I BUY SPARES ON A DAILY BASIS FOR MY CLIENTS, BUT WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. BEWARE BEWARE OF THEM. IF YOU ASK FOR THE BOSS OWNER MANAGER HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE
