Placed order paid 06-Dec-2020, informed shipment packed ready for delivery im still waiting. Sent emails, tried contacting the online customer service, call wasn't answered. Contact the stores they can't help. 3 days b4 Christmas and no presents. No answer to emails or calls thanks for the service. Package delivered after Christmas it will hv to be refunded. What a fight that is going to be. With COVID-19 we are trying to be safe and limit our contact hence on-line shopping but with this kind of no-service I will have to revert back to going to the shops. 1 step forward and 100 steps back.
