Worste Service EVER!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered my son's birthday present and Christmas gifts. Endless emails, calls, lack of feedback and frustration!!! 3 weeks and still no delivery. There is a different reason every time I call (if I get through) I don't know what to do any more!!!!! As i write this I sit on hold - 28 minutes in..... Signed up with Hello Peter in this time
