Worst service! Worst Christmas for my son

They don't care about customers! I purchased items online. They gladly took my money, and the next day I got a call to say that they don't have stock and now they don't even refund my money. What a sour Christmas my son will have because of Toys R Us. I ordered before the 15th of December like their website promises, I have called out how many rands of airtime, I sent e-mails, I messaged them on Facebook NO ONE REPLIES. They rather take your money and off they go with it. I will NEVER shop there again.
