Worst service

The treatment I got from Jeff at Eastgate toy'sRUs is **********. I'm a highly expecting mom, I brought in a gift that I received over the weekend with a receipt for an exchange because it was a duplicate. Jeff told me I cannot get cash but a gift card. He refused and made me call head office myself using my own cell phone. I did as he said he kept me waiting. He literally just walked away kept us waiting, came back and told me he wants to see the card. We had a back n forth for a solid good 30min until head office told him to refund us. Jeff should not be working with people at all
