Worst service

I went to toys r us at tokia and saw this nice bike for my son. When looking for a price I saw it said R149 on the label. When asking a assistant about the product as it was in a box and I wanted to see inside the box or a sample I was told they cant open it and don't have a sample. I asked him for another bike with more surport as my child is only 1. When he showed me the other one it was R1300 and I said then how could the other one be R149. I was then told it was R170 not R149. When I showed him the lable he said the label dont belong there. I told him about the CPA policy and he asked how does he know I did not put that lable there. This made me upset as he now accusses me of being *****. I asked for the manager. The manager just looked at me and walked into the stock room. I then told them its ok I'll take the bike for R170 but they should build it for me as I need to see it before I buy it. I was again told they cant. I again asked for the manager. I waited in the store for more than 20min then just decide to leave when I saw I wasnt going to be helped. This is the worst service I ever got. And I bought a few things by them.
