Worst Customer Service from a Store Manager at Atterbury

Received the worst customer experience today from their store manager at Atterbury , Keshan. Had to get into a heated argument with him why the gun I purchased for my sons worked 100% fine and all of a sudden not my 8 year old nor my 6 year old could pull the trigger anymore. Something went wrong with the trigger mechanism. His argument: "But I can pull it and it works". I then took a new gun and did the test right in front of his eyes by trying to pull the trigger with my pinky finger, I could not. But with a new gun I did it effortlessly. He did not back down even after this. He had such an arrogant attitude, all of this right in front of fellow employees and customers. I am shocked beyond words! Zero people s****s! Reported this to their Head Office, Zero Reply!
