Worst baby store

I'm an expecting mother. On the 12th of Augusta I took time to got to Toys R us at Eastgate to get a baby shower registery. Wrote my details on the form they gave me plus the organizers information. Till this day which is the 18th of August. They haven't send the reference. I called them on Wednesday to find out what's the delay, they said the lady that does gift registery only comes in at 12pm they will let her know. I callee again Friday morning they said the same lady only comes in at 2pm. Clearly no one else can help. I took the liberty to call them on Friday at 3;30pm to remind the lady and she said she will do it. But nothing has been done.

The service is appalling and a disgrace to the brand. What should I do to get service from Toys R us because I've already done it with Baby city and their service was immaculate and efficient.
