WIZEKIDS TABLET NOT WIZE BUY

<p>I bought a wize kids tablet from Toys are us on the 18 December 2015 and the tablet was monitored by the me and gave it to my daughter 2 hours a day and I personally put it on charge everyday, in June I took the tablet of charge and it would switch on I took it back to ToyRUs in July for them to send it in to SMD – Wize kids to fix it took them a month before they fetched the tablet it took a further 2 weeks before we had any response from them and yesterday I received a call from ToyRUs to say the tablet had water damage but it doesn’t even look like the tablet has been touched I have tried to contact them time after time to find out how there is water damage as the tablet and what the issues is, I have also emailed them without a response. I paid R1000 for the tablet and it only worked for 6 months and the after sales service was not good all I want it to know how there is water damage on it as it was never near any water, steam or any form of water.</p>
