Will never go to Toys r us again

I will never buy another toy from any of your stores again. The quality of some of the toys are so bad they brake so easy then I always have problems returning them. I bought a Rev up remote control car and it comes with a box that says reggies which I still have but I can not return it coz I don't have the receipt. Your toys are not cheap and I have always spent alot of money on toys. I will rather go to toy kingdom at least they try to keep they customers happy.
