Volkano kids 7inch tablet

I bought a volkano kids 7inch tablet on the 6/12/2024 at Toys R US Gateway for my 3year old son. In two months of use the touch screen got stuck and doesn't want to work..on the 01/03/2025 I took in the tablet and explained to a lady called Naeem she filled a form call AMIC Trading assessment form she told me that she will be sending it to the supplier so that it can be assessed,ever since the 1st i have never got any call nor email to be informed whether the tablet got to the supplier has been assessed or not! It's been a month with no feedback and no way forward as to what goin on.the customer service is so poor because my husband called in the week and spoke to the manager keegan,which nw keegan saying he can't get hold of the supplier but he can't give him a new tablet but he can give him a repaired one that they have....I have neva ever heard of such!!! Please make me understand what is goin on with Toys R Us I'm not pleased with the service and how the problem been resolved...I need answers because it's not my problem that he can't get 2 the supplier it takes a whole month to get 2 the supplier.i want to be contacted as to why is takin long and the way forward to resolve this issue.
