I’m writing to request assistance with a refund issue. On 18 December 2024, I returned a bicycle I purchased three days prior at Toy R Us, Mall of Africa. The return slip indicates that I’m eligible for a cash refund. However, the staff refused to provide a full refund of R800, offering only R500 instead.

I’m facing a dilemma as I need to purchase another bicycle as a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, I’ve been left with a R300 voucher that can only be used at Toy R Us, which isn’t helpful in this situation.

Could you please help resolve this issue and provide a full refund of R800? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
