Very unhappy

I would not even give a star if i did not have to! I am so unhappy with what happened yesterday.. When I bought a toy that is supposed to come with batteries and the batteries were flat so I complained and they just told me sorry you just have to buy new ones when it clearly on the box shows you get 3 batteries with the item so as a customer I expect to atleast get batteries that work even of it is only Demo batteries as the ladies tried to explain. Still not happy and probably wouldn't buy anything from them ever again because you pay R800 for something that sepousedly comes with batteries and it does not work!! ?? It is mind blowing how people just have to pay for stuff that is not correct as per the packaging, but the other end doesn't even care about anything els but receiving the money!!! Tipical South Africa!!! Things just never change!
