Very discusting and pathetic service

The service we have just received from Toys R Us in East gate mall is dissapointing such an expensive shop is failing to process a R2000 rands refunds they full of stories telling us we supposed to have a credit card how is that. Transfer to our account can take up to 30 days are they transporting the cash from Overseas. This is discusting we need our cash now.
