Very Disappointing Service from Toys R Us Online Shopping

I ordered a baby stroller and car seat from Babies R Us online on 22 April and till date it has not been delivered and I have not received any communication from them. Efforts to contact them via their phone line and email have been in vain.

This is highly unacceptable from a toy store that is considered reputable. The least they can do is answer their phone line and emails and advise on the progress of the order.
