Very disappointed

On the 26 December 2019 I bought toys however when I was paying for the toys at the till with my card. I was told the transaction didn't go through. I showed the cashier an sms on my phone indicating that funds were deducted for that transaction in question. She still told on her side it did not go through. She then assured me that within 24 hours the funds will be reversed to my account. Till to date I haven't seen the reverse of my funds. I left my number with her gave her all my details. The store never even once called me just to give me feedback. My question is whoever who doing your banking can't they realize that the cashier banking is more. Or guys is this a **** or what... Am very much disappointed.
