Upset and Offended!!!!

Good evening. I went to Toys R Us Nelspruit at the Grove Centre today at 17:38 and I can tell you now NEVER in my life have I had such a bad experience. My goodness, no staff on the floor,no one offering to assist me, the 3 ladies and the security were having a blast at the front desk talking laughing and going on with their own personal stuff. I had to walk for about 15minutes through the shop to find what I was looking for, for my son's birthday. When i finally got what I wanted I kindly asked the lady if I can take some wrapping paper, she then said I have to wrap it there, I tried to explain that i have some more gifts at home that I bought at Toys R Us Illanga Mall and I just forgot to take wrapping paper. She then yelled to the other 2 still standing talking nonsense with the security in their language about me wanting to take wrapping paper. After a long chat between them she said "yes its fine you can take wrapping paper" I kindly but VERY irritated said thank you and they went on with their chats. I took my wrapping paper and left. Is that what you guys call service? I will never return to that shop!!!!! I'm very upset and offended in the way that i was ignored!
