************ company to deal with!!

I have placed an order for two Playstation 5's on your website on 25th November at 9:15am and have had my orders cancelled, yet i am still to receive any correspondence about my refund!! Its been a week and i have tried contacting your call centre of which no person can assist me!

All i want is my money back as i am accumulating interest on a payment which didnt even guarantee the sale of the goods!

This is pathetic service!!!
