unprofessional and useless

Pricing on a pram item was marked for R1499 in an excitment I decided to purchase it. To my surprise it scanned R1999. The manageress was called , Francina who said there is nothing she can do. She was rude to me and was going on about bar codes(which has nothing to do with me) she then walked away and didn't return until I sent someone to call her. She came back and insisted there is nothing she can do. This is unprofessional and pathetic service from a place I once liked. Does the consumer act not apply to us anymore? (Price you see is the price you pay) Toys r us is pathetic!!!!!!
