Unhelpful Staff & Manager

I have tried to get information from the Centurion Branch of Toys R Us and not even the store manager is helpful. I'm busy having a conversation and he is talking to someone in the background and already this was my 2nd call to the store as the assistant wasn't very helpful at all.

Is this how you conduct business ? I buy all my grandchildren's gifts from Toys R Us and I have never experienced such shocking service.
