Unhappy 'Reborn doll'

I purchased a reborn dolll @ toyrus canal walk on the 10th July 2024 cash price was R3401.70 it has not even been 6 months yet on the 30th October i return the doll top toysrus canal walk as the eye lashes fell out self as well as body parts keep faling out as it has been tied up with tie straps i am very unahappy as when booking in the doll manager never even new the product (Miguael) he was not aware where to book in as well only problem was eye lashes that fell out and body parts the doll is now only 4 months and he immediatly advise to just book in for repairs what about customer rights accoring to CPA (consumer protection act with in the 6 months needs to be replace their was not physical damage on the doll the only thing was eye lashes and body parts this is something expensive and for not even 6 months and this is happening very unaceptable also if you a store manager you should know our product not telling customer that you not sure as their not many returns / repairs on magical creation the doll was immediatly sent in for repairs which unacepatable as their has been no physcial damage .</div>
