unhappy customer
I went to Toys U Rus in Witbank to buy new Baby car seat I'm using that car seat on a daily basis later when I want to use it it does not fit my baby because the belt are too short to adjust then I went to the store to seek help, is when I was told the belt ate not adjustable because none of them can adjust it,after I called their customers service several times they told I should call supplier and complaint to them now I set car seat that is not working. Plz help me to get bottom of this .

I've tried to adjust the belts but without any success I even went to the store they failed too so in that case I request my full refund because people from store and customer service both they told different stories while am suffering I spend yo R2000 to purchase this item now I've to buy new one it will in the best interest of me to get this item exchanged or refund me

17 Jul 2018, 19:12Your store manager she doesn't tell u the truth I went to the store around April and May my last visit it was in June I started to experience the worst service I have never imagine *********** manager who can't even handle customer instead she will give customers service number with less information .
Yes I didn't brought the car seat to the store but I ask them to show how to adjust the seat with similar one on display and they failed is I will consumer commission for this, until u call me and address this with me I can't spend so much money with this nonsense of yours
