Unhappy customer

Good day. So I whent to toys r us in canal walk just to find out that they are close and busy with renovations. Why are we so un informed? In any case I decide to go to the one in Tokai. To purchase a pram and a few other baby items. Firstly the prams on display is old and sandy and whan I asked for the one I liked, they told me that the one on display is the only stock they have?firstly How can you sell a 2nd hand thing for full price? Secondly.. I asked the staff just standing around having their own pitty party. To call another branch for the specific colour and when can they deliver it. They never called!, they just came and say 'we only have Red' I purchased the red pram and waalaa I get home and its a return from another customer full of scratches. I am deeply unpleased with your staff and your product.
