Uncomfortable experience
This afternoon about 14:30, my family went to Toys R Us to buy some toys for my son who also went with us. My son is 2 years old and likes cars so he got excited when he saw so many cars. Then he was interested in a few of cars and motorbikes and asked us to open them packages to play, then we told him that if we opened them and we have to buy them, and my son insisted to have them opened. Even though he is a child we want him to be happy so we sat on the ground and opened those packages. Then the supervisor called Constance Mpilla came across seeing us playing with open packages, showing the straight face, frowning, questioning us with a raising tone\ are you buying all of these?"We were shocked by this kind of attitude as we felt being accused of *****ing in front of our child! Then we said we will buy them and she still stood there staring at us like a monster! Then I stood up and shouted at her asking what was the matter. We called the manager and the manager explained the policy of not opening the packages before purchasing"
Many thanks for brining this to our attention.
