Unanswered email + Facebook message

I've been wanting to purchase a toy blower but it has been out of stock for months now. I sent an email to Toys r Us (remains unanswered to this day) and tried to reach them via Facebook (promised to reply to my email, never happened).

Quite irritated that a simple email cannot be answered. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Obviously does not need the business.......
