Unacceptable level of service

<p>On the 24/03/2017 I visited the Woodmead branch and purchased a car seat for R999.90 transaction ********** 034150 which I returned on the same day because my wife informed me she purchased the seat earlier on. I returned the item to the store on the same day and the supervisor helped me process the refund. After a month i realised this money was not refunded into my account and visited the store again. They assured me it would be investigated and refunded into my account within 4 days. Two weeks passed nothing happened and when I followed up I was told it's been escalated to the head office and these nothing the branch can do. I am very frustrated with this conduct especially that I've to follow up every time and nobody seems concerned especially that the supervisor is becoming impatient with me when it's the stores at fault. I am really disappointed with this level of service and hope this matter can be resolved amicably. </p>
