ToysRUs horrible experience

Toysrus advertised discounts valid until 28 October, when I tried to buy an item on the 28th the price had gone back to no longer include the discount. I immediately made a screenshot and sent it to their messenger account asking for assistance.Im was told by Priya Govender that IT says Im lying and she needs proof.I sent her proof and she can clearly see dates on her messenger app!Terrible experience.Be careful of false advertising by Toysrus, they certainly didnt honour their advertised deal in this case.
